Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed n weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the European Union, customs fees and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
